2025 Calendar
My 12-month illustrated calendar for 2025 :-)
4-color Riso-printed by me at Cosmic Doghouse Press in Kingston, NY
Hand-spiral-bound and packaged at my studio in Ridgewood, NY
Please read for details:
There are 3 options or tiers for the calendar this year:
✶ Standard Calendars: Meaning I'm very happy with the way the Riso printing came out on each page of the calendar, with very few subtle misregistrations.
✶ Slightly Imperfect Calendars: Calendars that have on average 4-5 pages that are misregistered, but not in a way that hinders the overall effect of the illlustration. The rest of the pages are usually near perfect. Looking at it from a distance they are pretty much indistinguishable from the perfect calendars.
✶ Misprints: meaning significant color misregistrations or sometimes only the one color has been printed. Its still full of a bunch of fun pages -- and each misprint order will get a free print included!
Additional info:
✪ Each calendar comes with a lil stainless steel clip for cute and easy hanging!
✪ Preorders will be capped at 200, but more calendars will be available the first week of December.
✪ When regular orders open, there will be an option for 3 tiers of calendars, including "perfect", "imperfect" and "misprinted" with three price levels. I'll describe those more when they become available.
✪ International Orders: Please keep in mind for international orders that I can't guarantee it will get to you by Christmas! Canada and most countries in the UK/EU seem to receive mail from me within about 2-3 weeks of the ship date (closer to 2 for Canada). NZ and Australia, I cant guarantee a delivery by Christmas, but if you would like to pay for expedited international shipping, I have included that as an additional product on my website! So just put that in your cart when checking out and I will be sure to send it out ASAP.
✪ Finally a note about the Riso printing process: Please note! Risograph is a unique print-making technique. Falling somewhere in between silk-screen and photocopying, it is a process of laying ink colors down one layer at a time through a photocopy-like machine. This sometimes can result in slight mis-registrations or ink roller marks left by the machine. Rest assured I go through each print and only sell the ones I believe are of a high quality in terms of tidiness and color alignment. Small imperfections are a part of this very particular printing art form and should be embraced! Thank you for embracing them with me :-)
I'm excited with how it turned out this year! Hope it fills your days in 2025 with a little bounce.
